Fabrix Gets Fuzzy with Wool

Lancaster shoppers will doubtless be aware that Purely Wool on Market Street closed a few weeks ago. In response to the closing of this popular store (due to the owners' relocation to the Midlands) we decided to see whether we could introduce a small stock of wool in Fabrix.

It was clear that lots of our customers were also avid knitters and crocheters and were concerned that they would no longer be able to buy some of the quality brands that they wanted locally.

Since launching our wool section in Fabrix we've have lots of great feedback from our customers. Our selection of King Cole, Designer Yarns and Sirdar wools have proven very popular with old and new customers alike. And, of course we also have a great range of needles, hooks, patterns and oodles of lovely buttons for that perfect finish.

Following some creative re-arranging of our extensive stock we've managed to incorporate the wool range without losing any of our fab range of fabrics.

Fabrix now has an even wider selection of crafting, sewing and knitting materials and haberdashery than ever before.
